DRM Does Not Equal Fair Use

While attempting to create a photo slideshow using pictures from the February 24 Robert Randolph concert and a track I purchased from Music Now, I got this friendly little warning:

Nevermind that I have no intention of using the slideshow outside of my own home. Nevermind my previous purchase of the CD--I was merely trying to save time by purchasing the file for $0.99. Nevermind that I can burn this track to CD, re-endcode it, and then import it to Movie Maker.

The future of online music stores will look like a Chapter 11 courtroom if this is how customers are treated.
