This one-trick pony does one thing very well; combining smaller video segments into larger video segments. The interface is simple, just select the files you want to join, place them in the order you want to join them, tweak the settings you want to configure, and click the Join button. Easy Video Joiner supports MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, AVI, Real, WMV, and AVI files, for optimum versatility in file joining. If you've got small chunks of audio, EVJ will combine those for you as well. You'll need additional software to perform any video editing you might want to do, but for combining clips, there's no other app in the consumer price range that works this well.
