We have a Charter monopoly going on in my neck of the woods and I am definitely going to make some changes. Your newsletter about this couldn't have come at a better time, thank you. I'm checking out my options right now - I do have a computer all ready to hook up to my television. This latest increase was all I needed to push me past that "fear of change" factor!
